Texas Oil Production Breaks New Record

The state of Texas now has even more bragging rights in the U.S. Oil Patch, and even globally According to a new report from the Texas Independent Producers Royalty Owners Association, the Lone Star state’s oil production hit a record level not seen since 1973, the same year of the Arab oil embargo that roiled global oil markets.

 

 

Zero to 68: US Set to Join Top 3 LNG Exporters

It’s going to be a big growth year for U.S. exports of liquefied natural gas, with three more terminals set to start operations in 2019 and developers already this month committing to a $10 billion investment for another project. Plus, final investment decisions are anticipated on two or three more gas export terminals.

 

 

Two New Reports Tout Massive Benefits of Texas Oil and Gas

Two separate reports released over the past week – one from the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO) and one from the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) – outline the astonishing economic benefits provided by oil and natural gas production in the Lone Star State.
